Returns: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only for damaged products. For this, we will need an unboxing video as proof that the package was damaged during shipping. When returned, the item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in new condition. To initiate a return, please send a request with the unboxing video and pictures of damaged product to violetamberjewellery@gmail.com or send us a DM on our Instagram page @violetamberjewelery.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days.

Exchanges: At the moment, we are not able to offer exchange for your products purchased from us. We request you to please see all the details mentioned on the website before placing an order.
